Yes. I start by looking at how it's built: class structure, CMS collections, interactions. Then I tell you whether it's worth building on or whether a rebuild is cheaper in the long run. Maintenance and smaller changes are possible either way.

When your site's core is a specialised feature that only exists as a plugin, such as bookings or gated member areas. WordPress is often the shorter route there. For a shop with a large catalogue, Shopify is the better fit. Webflow plays to its strengths when design, content and easy editing matter most.

Yes. I set up texts, images and recurring content like news or case studies in the CMS, so your team can change them in the editor without breaking the layout. At handover I walk you through the essentials. The site runs on your own Webflow account, so it stays yours even if we stop working together.

Yes. I'm based in the Bremen area, and Hamburg is easy to reach from there. We're happy to hold the kick-off and workshops on site, and I do the ongoing work remotely. The same applies to Cologne and the Rhineland from my office in Aachen.
